A hillside retreat designed for leisure, nature, and year-round comfort. The project is underway at the iconic Wisła resort, nestled in the heart of the Silesian Beskid.
This undertaking is ambitious, considering the challenging terrain, stunning natural surroundings, and the economic criteria set by the Investor.
The project envisages the construction of two types of housing - semi-detached units and multi-family dwellings. The buildings are planned on two levels, separated by an internal road, creating a harmonious and low-density development. With large loggias and open design, the buildings are thoughtfully integrated with the picturesque valleys.
The regional climate will be showcased through the prominent use of natural-colored wooden planks as the leading finishing material.
