KAMIENICE SKOWRONIA III
A thoughtful continuation with a urban rhythm. The third phase of the Kamienice Skowronia investment includes three buildings, each with three above-ground floors - labeled "3X3".
Lowering the height of the buildings in comparison to the first and second phases is aimed at blending the development harmoniously with the surrounding area. While the architecture remains consistent with the previous phases, it now offers a more intimate scale.
The first three phases were completed using traditional building techniques.
