This investment has been meticulously designed using cutting-edge full prefabricated reinforced concrete technology, providing our studio with invaluable implementation experience and solid references. Prefabrication served as the catalyst for establishing new standards of design work and introducing a modular manual for creating multi-family residential buildings.
Although slightly larger than previous stages, the SKOWRONIA IV project has been meticulously scaled in accordance with the urban planning code applicable to the entire SKOWRONIA I - IV investment.
