NIVA NEIGHBOURHOOD
This development in Kraków’s Sidzina district supports the MIESZKANIE PLUS program with small, efficient residential units - combining prefabrication, renewable energy, and simple, attractive architecture for young families.
The investment goal was to obtain many small units accessible to young families in government’s program MIESZKANIE PLUS.
Our task was to create an attractive and effective architecture.
The project is in Sidzina, a rapidly developing district of Kraków wich is well communicated with the city.
The project included prefabrication, renewable energy use (HVAC with heat recovery + PV).
