PARK PLAZA
A modern office building embedded in the inner courtyard of a city block in Szczecin.
The location of the building is not obvious - it is situated within a block of residential and service buildings. The concept required proposing something that would draw us into the urban interior and give the building a distinct identity.
We have designed a 55-meter-high building whose shape is the result of a study on sunlight exposure and shading of all neighboring structures - a parametric architecture. Subtle cuts in the form, combined with the reddish color of the facade, set our office building apart from the urban environment, giving it a higher architectural standard. The building has a modernist facade design that corresponds well with the neighboring high-rise buildings.
The office building meets the CBRE A+ standard.
