A landmark workplace campus shaped by long-term collaboration and sustainable ambition.
We consider the Podium Park project truly exceptional due to its scale, prestige, and our extensive involvement since 2015.
Our collaboration with SNOHETTA on the feasibility study for the investment as POWERHOUSE, and subsequent work with PRC ARCHITEKCI on the conceptual and construction design phases, has provided us with invaluable experience.
Our team at URBA ARCHITECTS has successfully completed our comprehensive scope of design work for the project. We take full responsibility for the construction coordination and BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level until the completion of the investment.
An extensive search for the form and style for this spectacular complex has led to take inspiration from modernism, embodying timeless simplicity and unobtrusive elegance. To infuse some light-heartedness, we have designed an urban information system (SIW) with a contemporary comic style and a casually laid out greenery.
We have planned a wide range of amenities for the tenants, including green courtyards between buildings, terraces on the roofs of connectors, an ecological car rental, an above-standard number of electric car charging stations, and a comprehensive infrastructure for cyclists. In addition, as part of the lease space, we have designed a fitness club, café, conference center, medical center, and canteens with direct access to green courtyards.
