JASIELSKA represents the ideal residential multi-family quarter with integrated services designed to meet rigorous market standards: financial efficiency, appealing customer space, and practical architectural details.
The two L-shaped, bright structures with understated details form a generous semi-private inner courtyard. Additionally, we have incorporated a small building within the atrium for service and office spaces. The top floors have been thoughtfully designed to provide private terraces for penthouse units.
Leveraging our expertise in prefabrication technology, we have implemented our standard apartment layout into a modular building. Extensive work on space ergonomics, combined with principles of heavy prefabrication, has resulted in highly efficient apartments. This ensures that customers do not pay for unnecessary square footage but for essential living space. This approach is both fair to buyers and beneficial to developers.
