WIKLINOWA
An efficient housing cluster designed for the 15-minute city. The investment goal was to obtain a large number of small residential units accessible to people (69 units 100-115 sqm). The project is located in a rapidly developing district of Warsaw, which gave rise to the idea of creating a micro-district that does not require supplementary functions, all of which are available within a 15-minute walk.
The project included prefabrication, renewable energy use (HVAC with heat recovery + PV), and an optimized unit layout for maximum space efficiency – every square meter was carefully designed in collaboration with the investor.
The aesthetic code of the estate is inspired by the development of frontage with sharp gable walls, featuring 5 base colors.
