A vibrant workplace campus in the heart of Exeter. The company's vision, energy, and identity have directly influenced the design and aesthetics of the building.
Situated in Exeter, England, this vibrant and welcoming office space is tailored for over 400 employees. The layout features an open plan centered around internal gardens and terraces, complemented by numerous conference rooms, relaxation areas, focus rooms, and casual meeting spaces.
Meeting the investor's expectations, the ground floor hosts a dynamic leisure zone with a football field, tennis and cricket spaces, and a spa area. Additionally, plans include a cafeteria, a coffee shop, an English pub, and a daycare facility for the children of CROWDCUBE employees.
The building's exterior will be clad in Corten steel, harmonizing with Exeter's distinctive color scheme. As an alternative, the cladding can be fashioned from painted metal or black or white Corian conglomerate.
