This development features two modern, four-story buildings with a shared underground parking facility, offering a total of 46 thoughtfully designed apartments. This phase marks the beginning of a visionary 5-stage investment, setting the standard for the urban and architectural design of the upcoming phases.

We are proud to present this as a pioneering project crafted by URBA ARCHITECTS, in partnership with URBA.
