A concluding act shaped by time, place, and lived experience. "SKOWRONIA V is the final stage of investment in this district, marking the completion of over a decade of project activity and construction work.
A close examination reveals the resilience of our urban planning and architecture in the face of social, economic, and market challenges.
Despite the different nature of each stage, including variations in scale and model of functioning, the V stage (consisting of single-family buildings built to a higher standard) and the SKOWRONIA investment as a whole have seamlessly integrated into the urban landscape of the Podgórze district. The trees in the neighborhood are slowly growing taller than the buildings, and the local community comprises not only "new" and "old" but simply neighbors.
The final stage of SKOWRONIA involves 24 residential units in 12 buildings, all constructed using prefabrication technology.
