LESZCZYNSKIEGO NEIGHBOURHOOD
A compact urban housing scheme with a clear spatial logic. The project is being developed in the fast-growing residential district of Ursus in Warsaw.
The plot's shape allows for the efficient design of 33 residential units in a row-house layout, arranged in 4 rows around a small internal atrium. This layout ensures a robust shared space, fostering strong neighborly relations.
The project incorporates prefabrication, the utilization of renewable energy sources (HVAC with heat recovery + PV), and an apartment layout optimized for maximum space efficiency - every square meter of the building has been meticulously designed in close collaboration with the investor.
