URBA ONE
The URBA ONE marks an exciting new chapter in our PARK PLAZA project. Recent changes in legislation have opened the opportunity for us to build a stunning high-rise mixed-use building.
We've conducted thorough urban and VIS analyses to determine the maximum height of the building. As a city with a rich history and numerous protected vistas, it's crucial for us to introduce a contemporary architectural symbol that respects the city's unique urban character.
We've proposed several height options - 80m, 100m, 120m, and 150m - and we're working closely with city representatives and the City Council to ensure that our final design reflects a consensus among all stakeholders, including the city, investors, and future residents. This building will significantly alter Szczecin's skyline and has the potential to become a modern icon.
We're utilizing cutting-edge technology for the structure, including a multi-level monolithic foundation and a mixed prefabrication system using concrete and steel.
